Couples Therapy Process

Every relationship has its own beautiful seasons, times of harmony, and times of strain. Couples therapy offers a compassionate and supportive space where you and your partner can slow down, speak honestly, and feel truly heard. Together with a therapist, you’ll uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, learn tools to navigate conflict with more ease, and reconnect with the reasons you chose each other in the first place.

Couples therapy provides a grounding space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface and to move through stuck places together. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or simply want to be more intentional in your relationship, therapy offers a path toward connection, healing, and growth.

Not sure where to start?

It starts with a quick call or email to find out how I can help your family.

As I’ve heard one too many times in my own home with my own littles - “there’s no job too big and no pup too small”. I have a network of professional colleagues in the community that I am able to refer to and would be pleased to provide community programs, ideas, and other supports available, as suitable. I’m a firm believer in community and am here to help.

We acknowledge that what we call Alberta is the traditional and ancestral territory of many peoples, presently subject to Treaties 6, 7, and

8. Namely: the Blackfoot Confederacy - Kainai, Piikani, and Siksika - the Cree, Dene, Saulteaux, Nakota Sioux, Stoney Nakoda, and the Tsuu T'ina Nation and the Métis People of Alberta. This includes the Métis Settlements and the Six Regions of the Métis Nation of Alberta within the historical Northwest Metis Homeland. We acknowledge the many First Nations, Métis and Inuit who have lived in and cared for these lands for generations. We are grateful for the traditional Knowledge Keepers and Elders who are still with us today and those who have gone before us. We make this acknowledgement as an act of reconciliation and gratitude to those whose territory we reside, work, or are visiting on.
